Contact Centre roles

Our Contact Centres in Olympic and Shek Mun employ more than 700 people who answer about 2.5 million calls a year. Our ongoing investment in technology means that we continue to innovate and improve our customer service channels, and equip our staff with the appropriate digital skills necessary to support queries by live chat, email or social media.

We employ people who enjoy providing a high level of customer service that creates a positive experience for our customers and makes them feel valued. As such, our teams have been recognised with multiple awards by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association, including the Grand Award of the Year for seven years.

The key roles we hire for within our Contact Centres include:

  • Customer Care Officers who resolve phone queries from customers, working to understand their needs and offer relevant products and services 
  • Digital Customer Service Officers who handle enquiries from customers via social media platforms and emails, working to understand and address their queries and needs
  • Contact Centre Officers (Investment Specialists) who handle stock placement purchases requested by customers over the phone and ensure their requirements are met
