Working in Banking Customer Service

Our Hong Kong Contact Centre teams are located in Olympic, Kowloon and Shek Mun and deliver support, guidance and solutions on a range of financial services and wealth management products, including general banking, credit cards, loans and mortgages, investments and insurance.

Our customers are as diverse as the services you will provide, including people from Hong Kong, mainland China and worldwide.

Through comprehensive and continuous training, on-the-job experience and sponsorship support for relevant qualifications, our team members have the opportunity to gain knowledge of banking, investment and financial products.

Receiving and answering banking customer queries by telephone is an ideal way to learn about banking services and products and build a foundation for a career in banking.

If you can provide excellent levels of customer service through verbal communication, we will support you with the training you need to succeed.

Digital Customer Service

If you’re digitally-minded and good at problem solving and communicating virtually, our Digital Customer Service roles represent an ideal opportunity to use your skills to develop a career in banking and gain experience with the latest technology to communicate. The focus in these roles is handling customer queries over various digital channels, including live chat, email and social media.

Banking and customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
