Our global team of 27,000 colleagues in 53 countries and territories manages the delivery of services for customers, including 2 trillion transactions annually and roughly 380 payments every second. Strategic Sourcing Services (Procurement)

Strategic Sourcing Services manages commercial relationships and partnerships with key suppliers, and the end-to-end supplier life-cycle. We play a fundamental role in the day-to-day provision of goods and services for the HSBC Group. Our primary focus is to deliver commercial value through all areas of procurement worldwide. We work closely with other parts of HSBC to provide leadership of the bank’s third-party supplier relationships.

Corporate Services

Corporate Services manages the workplace experience for all employees, covering Facilities and Real Estate Management, Building Design and Construction, Travel, Security, Business Continuity and Incident Management. Our remit includes HSBC’s property portfolio across 65 countries and territories. Our aim is to ensure that customers and colleagues on HSBC premises benefit from a safe, well-managed environment.

Chief Operating Office

Our Chief Operating Offices oversee operations, risk and administration activities for businesses and functions across HSBC. The teams provide leadership and guidance that enable HSBC to fulfil our business risk, control and operational support responsibilities, and ensure excellence in the delivery of our services.
