This event is designed for students studying non-tech subjects who are interested in using their problem-solving skills to help shape the future of banking. You’ll explore how we use the latest technologies to improve customer experiences, keep systems secure and drive innovation, and gain practical insights into the transferable skills that matter most.

You’ll also hear directly from graduates in our Sheffield tech teams who studied non-STEM degrees and are now thriving in roles across data, engineering and cyber. Learn how they made the transition, what support helped them grow, recommended courses to help you upskill and what life is really like working at HSBC.
