If you join Shared Services, you will be based in one of the countries in which we operate or in one of our Global Service Centres, which are located in India, China (opens in new window), Malaysia, the Philippines (opens in new window), Sri Lanka (opens in new window), Egypt (opens in new window), Poland (opens in new window) and Mexico (opens in new window).

Students and recent graduates with any degree. and from any background, are encouraged to explore our Global Internships and Graduate Programmes.

  • Our Global Service Centres are an integral part of Shared Services. Employees based there manage day-to-day customer transactions and processes for the global businesses. This may include transactions for our retail bank such as processing loans, credit cards, insurance and mortgage applications, opening new accounts, and managing customer enquiries through contact centres and digital platforms.
  • Employees in the Global Service Centres also run and manage operations for commercial bank customers. This includes processing credit applications, facilitating payments and managing the import and export transactions that enable customers to protect and grow their businesses through international trade.
