Richard Gray was appointed Group Company Secretary of HSBC Holdings plc with effect from 19 April 2019. The appointment was made on an interim basis until a permanent successor can be identified.
Mr Gray joined HSBC in 2008 and is currently the General Counsel for Businesses and Regions of HSBC. He has extensive legal experience particularly in the financial services sector. He is a qualified solicitor both in the UK and Hong Kong.
