The Women in Banking Insight Day in our UK Headquarters, Birmingham will be a safe, supportive space to explore where these feelings come from, and more importantly, how to challenge them. Regardless of what you are studying, this session will show how your skills can thrive in a role focused on human interaction, client relationships and strategic thinking and where people skills, curiosity and resilience matter more than your degree title.
 
Led by HSBC colleagues and graduates from a range of academic and personal backgrounds, you’ll hear real stories of self-doubt turned into self-belief, learn practical strategies for building confidence, and take part in exercises that strengthen your mindset and self-awareness. No finance experience required — just an open mind and a willingness to invest in your growth.
