Your HSBC journey will be built upon - and thrive with - your skills.

We know how important it is to have the right skills, both for your future and ours. By building this skillset now, we’ll help you develop the agility to keep learning new skills throughout your career.

Over the course of four days, you’ll get to:

  • Show your skills and passion during interactive learning sessions, skills workshops, and work shadowing opportunities
  • Complete real-life case studies that will help you understand what we mean by ’thinking digital-first’ when we develop new products and services
  • Develop confidence in a business setting and understand more about our technology teams
  • Work with mentors from various technology teams supporting different Global Businesses and Functions
  • Connect with female colleagues who will share experiences and advice from their own career journeys
  • Meet members of our Employee Resource Groups to learn more about the work they do to support women in the bank
  • Determine whether a career in technology would suit you. And if it would, how to take the next step
