Programme Overview
As a Degree Apprentice at HSBC, you’ll spend 20 per cent of your time studying towards a Digital Technology Solutions Professional Degree Apprenticeship (BSc).
During the remaining 80 per cent you’ll be developing your professional and technical skills in one of our technology teams by building innovative, digital solutions and deploying them rapidly to deliver better banking services for our customers.
On your first year you’ll be primarily focused on gaining the skills and certifications needed to do the job. After gaining these, you'll progress towards a specialist role that’s based on your abilities, interests, and the skills we require, all while continuing to attend college.
Throughout the Apprenticeship you’ll be part of a group of apprentices embarking on the same journey as you. You’ll have support from mentors and buddies throughout the three years to help you develop and grow your career.
