Your HSBC journey will be built upon - and thrive with - your skills.

We know how important it is to have the right skills, both for your future and ours. By building this skillset now, we’ll help you develop the agility to keep learning new skills throughout your career.

Over the course of four days, you’ll get to:

  • Spend time with our managers, build your network, learn about different careers paths and explore our offices
  • Show your skills and passion during interactive learning sessions, skills workshops, work shadowing and complete real-life case studies
  • Connect with colleagues from similar backgrounds to yours who will share experiences and advice from their own career journeys
  • Meet members of our Employee Resource Groups to learn more about the work they do to support employees from lower socio-economic backgrounds
  • Learn more about the business of your choice, be it Commercial Banking, Wealth and Personal Banking or Global Banking & Markets
  • Determine whether a career in banking would suit you, And if it would, how to take the next step
