Over the course of twelve months, you’ll get to:

  • Take on the role of Business Support Officer, working with one of our teams in either Commercial Banking or Wealth and Personal Banking. Learn more about these businesses here
  • Gain exposure to other areas of the business and build your knowledge of how we work collaboratively to deliver on the Groups strategy
  • Be responsible for delivering work that supports our strategic goals while meeting the needs of customers and colleagues and, of course, the necessary regulations
  • Provide colleagues with crucial business support such as taking minutes and putting together meeting packs and briefing documents
  • Prepare and deliver internal presentations and papers of your own to colleagues at team and executive meetings
  • Prove yourself and earn a place on our Commercial Banking Graduate Programme or Wealth and Personal Banking Graduate Programme
