As a Degree Apprentice in Technology, you’ll:

  • Spend 20 percent of your time studying towards a BSc in Digital Technical Solutions, and the other 80 percent developing your professional and technical skills in one of our Technology teams
  • Get to build and roll out innovative, digital solutions that help to deliver better banking services for our customers
  • Focus, during your first year, on gaining the skills and certifications you need to do the job
  • Progress towards a specialist role that’s based on your abilities and interests, and the skills we need
  • Join a community of apprentices embarking on the same journey as you
  • Enjoy the support of mentors and buddies to help you develop and grow your career

Requirements:
  • Available to work full time from October 2025 for a period of 36 months
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4/C or above including Maths and English
  • Minimum of 96 UCAS Points
  • Have been a resident in the  UK for the last 3 consecutive years before the start of the Apprenticeship and have a continued Right to Work in the UK for the full duration of the programme (as per Government Apprenticeship guidelines)
  • Fluent in English
