You’ll work within the areas of Global Operations, Deputy Chief Operating Office, and the Chief Control Office (CCO). You’ll manage projects that will give you exposure to customer service delivery, risk and governance management, large-scale transformation projects, and support to our regional and country COO offices.

You will play a role in identifying processes that can be made more efficient to improve the services we provide to our colleagues and external customers.

Those who do well on the internship will be offered a position on our Graduate programme.

Duration: 5 to 16 weeks (depending on programme and country or territory)

Location: Mainland China

Requirements: You are working towards a 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA if you are studying in mainland China or a 2:1 or equivalent degree if you are studying outside of mainland China (as appears on your official university transcript or degree certificate). You will be both globally and nationally mobile. Be fluent in English and Mandarin. Please note that you will be required to complete the Online Immersive Assessment in Mandarin. Be legally permitted to work in mainland China. Please note that you can only make one application each recruitment cycle.
