Insight programmes
Our insight programmes are designed to ensure that students and recent graduates of all backgrounds can experience the possibilities of a career at HSBC – whether that’s learning the ins and outs of coding or getting to grips with the fast-paced world of financial services.

Who you are
We have insight programmes suitable for different academic stages. They typically last for no longer than a week. Opportunities will differ based on location and whether you’re keen to build your skills for a technology career or something else.
We don’t care what you’ve studied, we’re looking for the qualities you bring. An insight programme is your first step in developing the skills you’ll need for a successful career.
