Over the course of two years, youll

  • Become a highly skilled engineer, with a key role to play in developing, maintaining and optimising our technological infrastructure
  • Enjoy being part of a core team, delivering cutting edge solutions for the bank, positively impacting the way we work, driving efficiencies and boosting our effectiveness
  • Help us take a digital-first approach when developing new products and services, while continuing to enhance existing ones and providing software support to our teams around the world
  • Design, test, and maintain the technology and systems that support our global teams in their day-to-day work, and enable the delivery of change programmes and new applications
  • Work with other engineers, architects, and colleagues across the business to understand and drive the product or services direction
  • Help create and build solutions to meet specific needs across the business, that can be seamlessly deployed around the globe and are simple to support

Requirements:
  • Available to work full time from July 2025 onwards
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a minimum of a 4.0 GPA
  • Fluent in English
