Your HSBC journey will be built upon - and thrive with - your skills.
We know how important it is to have the right skills, both for your future and ours. By building this skillset now, we’ll help you develop the agility to keep learning new skills throughout your career.
Over the course of two years, you’ll get to:
- Join our community of Business Analysts, who are masters in collaboration and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and meet with non-technical people from our banking business lines to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for our teams to deliver
- Work in an agile way, taking on new information as it emerges, analysing it and drawing out the insights, then using those insights to inform a project as it progresses
- Help our Business, Product and Engineering teams bring new ideas to life. That could mean designing innovative technical solutions to diverse business challenges, rolling out change programmes, or ensuring quality and performance
