Work in different teams enabling growth and increasing efficiency across our Commercial and Global Banking businesses. Gain experience in transformation, strategy, analysis, sustainability, and digitalisation.

The programme is for people who want to apply their analytical skills across a variety of situations. You could be supporting teams to understand root cause analysis for business problems, define business outcomes and the ways to achieve them, as well as driving key change initiatives.

You’ll hold different roles as you rotate between the core departments of our Chief Operating Office. These include Strategic Transformation Programmes, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Process Reengineering, and Risk and Governance teams.

You’ll support on transformation projects that shape the future of the organisation by drawing out trends and insights from data.

You’ll collaborate with teams around the world to enhance our processes and procedures to better serve our customers.

You’ll distill information for executive level presentations that inform key decision-making.

At the end of the programme, you’ll be well-prepared to choose a career in Transformation, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Management or Business Risk.

  • Available to work full time from July 2024 onwards
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a 3.2/4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognised University (as appears on your official University transcript or degree certificate)
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal rights to work in Hong Kong
