Over the course of two years, you’ll get to:

  • Connect with senior leaders, industry professionals and peers from multiple divisions around the world, who’ll provide career advice and support your learning and development
  • Work alongside like-minded colleagues who share a passion for supporting business decisions with solid analysis
  • Rotate between different asset classes, working on projects that add value to our Markets and Securities Services business across the Trading, Sales, Structuring and Quantitative teams
  • Work directly with clients, traders, structurers, or our risk teams, depending on your desk assignment
  • Complete the Associate Programme and move into a specialist role that suits your skills and personal ambitions

Requirements:
  • Available to work full time from July 2024 onwards
  • You will have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 Degree classification / 3.2 GPA or higher or overseas equivalent to this. 
  • You will have completed a PhD, Advanced Masters or Regional Equivalent
  • Fluent in English
