You begin with an immersive induction programme to learn about the bank’s technologies and how we are driving the future of banking.

Over the two-year programme you’ll have exposure to different technical teams. You’ll have a structured learning programme and the opportunity to get professional, industry-recognised certifications in areas such as Java, Agile, Cloud, Cyber Security, Software development, Technical Architecture amongst other areas.
