My first role at HSBC was as a product manager in Wealth Development. Then I had experience as an incentive manager in Business Performance and now I am working in sales in our branches. These roles have given me experience of the entire business cycle from creating a product, to selling it and monitoring its performance.
Being in sales means I work in the frontline and my day starts with reading market news on my way to work. At the office I prepare materials and make appointments with customers. I talk to customers directly and understand their needs. Direct interaction helps me provide the best solutions for them.
