British & Irish Lions
British & Irish Lions

HSBC is proud to once again be the Principal Partner of the British & Irish Lions on their tour to Hong Kong and Australia in 2013. The world's most famous touring side, which is made up of the greatest players from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, play only every four years and are expected to be supported by over 40,000 fans when they play in Australia in summer 2013.

The partnership with The Lions follows the successful sponsorship of the 2009 tour of South Africa which enabled HSBC to connect with communities, staff and customers across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Through our grassroots investments from youth coaching to coach education and a ticketing and mascot programme in South Africa we were able to make a significant difference to the communities we served – the legacy of which continues today.
