The HSBC Global Investment Summit, which takes place in Hong Kong in April, is bringing together more than 2,500 delegates from around the world to discuss the trends and topics shaping the global economy.

More than 70 external speakers have been confirmed for the summit at the city’s Conrad Hotel from 8-10 April. They include former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown, former Director of the CIA David Petraeus, Oscar-winning actress Michelle Yeoh, and Mohammed EL-Kuwaiz, Chairman, Capital Market Authority, Saudi Arabia. They will join HSBC hosts Mark Tucker, who is Group Chairman, Group CEO Noel Quinn, and Greg Guyett, CEO, Global Banking & Markets, together with a range of HSBC experts to discuss a range of topics under the summit theme ‘New Networks Connecting the Global Economy’.

The programme will feature keynote speeches, panels, workshops and media sessions, with keynote discussions including:
