Staff submitted their own footage for the HSBC film

HSBC is helping the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE) mark its 30th anniversary by sharing a video of employees talking about what motivates them to be at their best at work.

The IBE is a non-profit organisation based in London which encourages high standards of business behaviour. For each day of November 2016, the Institute has invited a company to talk about the practical steps needed to bring ethics to life.

In the HSBC film, highlighted on the IBE website on 24 November, employees around the world discuss their values, their hopes for the future, and how they aspire to contribute to the communities and countries where they live.
