What to expect
Supported by experienced managers, colleagues and a wide network of diverse peers, you'll be encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table. You will be valued as an individual and for the contribution you make.
The programme lasts one year and offers a superb learning opportunity. The aim is to give you an in-depth understanding of HSBC through a range of activities, both at the bank and on campus. We’ll expect you to have a strong interest to contribute during the programme. On completion, you’ll be given the opportunity to gain further experience of HSBC in the department of your choice on a paid summer internship (subject to availability).
Learning, development and support
Our programme will equip you with the skills and experience required to start a successful career with HSBC, as well as the opportunity to develop your professional network with colleagues around the world.
Over the year, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of HSBC – our values, our culture and what it’s really like to work for us. You’ll also be able to network with our bankers and other HSBC professionals who will share their knowledge and experience with you.
