The Singapore Management Associate Programme is for graduates looking to develop a career with a leading global bank. The programme provides you opportunities to develop your strategic thinking and leadership skills and, on completion, you will have gained the knowledge and experience to progress into your first leadership role.

Who can apply?

To be considered for the programme, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree with at least second class upper honours degree (4.0 out of 5.0) or cum laude (3.4 out of 4)
  • Demonstrate an impressive leadership track record in school or at work
  • Be a recent graduate or have less than two years’ work experience

All offers are conditional upon the candidate obtaining and continuing to hold the requisite work visas, permits and/or approvals.

  • The opportunity to join the Regional Graduate Development Programme in our Hong Kong office to gain greater regional exposure
