The France Internship Programme is for students looking to validate their degree and gain an invaluable insight into banking with a leading global bank. The programme provides you exposure, hands-on experience and on-the-job training to gain a head start in your career after graduation. We also look to the programme to provide a pipeline of future leadership talents.

To be considered for the programme, you will:

What to expect

Supported by experienced managers, colleagues and a wide network of diverse peers, you will be encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table. You will be valued as an individual and for the contribution you make.

Over the 6- to 12-month programme, you can expect to gain exposure to all our businesses and work on live projects alongside experienced professionals. There will be plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your ability to think independently and take on real responsibilities within our culture of innovation and teamwork.

You can expect practical training that will complement your academic studies, embedding our values while growing your career. During the France Internship Programme, you will be challenged to use your talents and academic knowledge to add value to the bank and improve your professional and personal skills.
