What to expect

This four-day event is held in our Canary Wharf headquarters in London. It will introduce you to HSBC so you get to know who we are and what a career at HSBC would be like. You’ll gain a detailed overview of Global Banking and Markets, Global Private Banking and Global Asset Management, and the internship and graduate opportunities available to you.

Learning, development and support

As well as having exposure to HSBC’s culture, you’ll be able to take part in interactive learning opportunities, work shadowing, a tour of the trading floor, skills sessions and workshops over the four days. There will also be a number of networking opportunities with recruiters and representatives from the individual businesses, who will be happy to answer your questions.

Potential career paths

The four days could be the start of an exciting journey in international banking. As a spring intern, you’ll have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to the final stage assessment centre for an internship in Global Banking and Markets. If you excel during an internship, you could secure a place on one of our global graduate programmes.
