We are currently recruiting for both specialist and generalist roles in HSBC’s Risk and Compliance teams.

You will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment as part of our Global Risk and Financial Crime Risk (FCR) functions. These functions support HSBC globally across a range of risks.

Financial Crime Risk

Financial Crime Risk is a global function that brings together all areas of financial crime risk management at HSBC.

We are focussed on consolidating a sustainable financial crime risk management capability that will extend well into the future and allow us to capitalise on our many strengths and subject matter expertise. This will enable HSBC to set the industry standard for knowing our customers and detecting, deterring and protecting against financial crimes, such as money laundering, sanctions, and bribery and corruption.

Regulatory Compliance

The Regulatory Compliance team sets policies to ensure that HSBC complies with regulations and standards and works to mitigate reputational risk. We help HSBC’s Global Businesses and Functions to understand and prepare for regulatory change, monitor how they manage their compliance responsibilities and help to resolve any deficiencies.
