HSBC Bank International opens in Hong Kong

HSBC Bank International Limited, the HSBC Group’s specialist provider of wealth management and offshore banking services for expatriate and internationally-based customers, has opened its first branch in Hong Kong.
After the opening of a branch in Dubai, the Hong Kong branch is the second regionally-based office to be opened by the offshore bank in the last 12 months, with several more planned around the world over the coming year.

Complemented by a 24-hour offshore call centre and Internet banking services via www.offshore.hsbc.com, HSBC Bank International’s Hong Kong branch offers an extensive range of specially tailored services for expatriate customers who require offshore savings and investments in a tax efficient environment. These include multi-currency banking facilities, investments, UK mortgages, financial and pension planning. It also includes independent financial advice covering a wide range of investments and insurance services selected from the HSBC Group and other carefully chosen financial institutions.

The new office is located within the International Banking Centre on level 5 of the HSBC Main Building at 1 Queen’s Road, Central. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm and Saturdays 9.00 am to 12.30 pm.
