Working in a global bank has been a really great experience for me. My team is UK-based, but we work with colleagues from around the world from India and Sri Lanka and our team itself has a broad range of diverse experiences - we work together to make things happen.
Customer focus at HSBC means putting the customer at the centre of everything we do. Wherever I've worked in the bank, I've always been really impressed with the focus on doing the right thing for our customers.
I've also helped to organise a graduate ball. It enabled me to work with colleagues from across the bank and the event itself was attended by senior managers, which was a really good networking opportunity.
