Application Process
- Read the Checklist and Guidelines document below.

- Complete all the necessary forms, select a country representative from those listed below and fax and/or mail the application to the country representative.
- Please remember to send all necessary supporting documents with your application form (refer to Checklist and Guidelines). You may wish to email or call the country representative to confirm receipt.
- On receipt of your documents the country representative will check your documents to verify details and process your application.
- You will then be contacted with any additional questions or to arrange an appointment to complete your account opening
