The world is your workplace.
Many of our most successful International Managers join us as soon as they finish their undergraduate or postgraduate degrees. Some are currently leading HSBC in very senior roles and, if you become an IM, you will have every opportunity to do the same in the future.
We're interested in what you can do
We welcome applications from graduates from every discipline. The subject of your studies is not important. What matters is what you can do. You need to be driven, flexible and someone who thrives on new challenges. Ideally you will also have some experience of living or working internationally, although this is not essential.
What is essential is your willingness to go anywhere and do anything because, from the beginning, you will be given a series of challenging assignments that may be anywhere in the world. Assignments initially last for approximately 18 months and can cover each of our customer groups: Personal Financial Services, Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Markets and Private Banking.
