What will you be doing?

We look for people who can provide a high-quality telephone-based service to ensure our customers feel valued. You’ll be the type of person who has the resilience to thrive in a busy contact centre environment and you’ll be keen to grow your knowledge and expertise so you’re ready to help with the vast range of customer requirements and queries – anything from questions about their current or business account to educating them on our array of products and digital banking platforms.

We offer a starting salary of GBP23,205 per annum and we’ve embraced hybrid working across our teams, so you’ll spend some of your time collaborating with your teammates in the office and the rest of your time working remotely from home.
